Our goal is simple:  To bring quality all natural beef to our consumers  with no added hormones or injections. From birth, our cattle are raised on the green grasses of South Western Colorado.  Our mother cows don't calve until the end of March and into April, which completely eliminates the stress and sometimes death of the newborn calves during the bitter cold days of February. We don't use dogs or hot shots, which eliminates any stress and keeps the meat tender.  Our cattle are moved from one pasture to another by simply 'calling' them. It is a life without stress and unnecessary violence. We wean the calves in a pen adjacent to the mother cows, which gives the pairs time to adjust.
     Being a small family owned operation with a small amount of cattle, we are able to be more thorough in our operation of our herd.  Our beef is natural with less fat and never added growth hormones.  And we have been told that we have the best tasting beef in Colorado!
